Euphorbia glanduligera

    Euphorbia glanduligera

The cyathia of Euphorbia glanduligera are small, yellow and green, subtended by leaf-like bracts. These bracts are shorter than the normal leaves, but similarly shaped. The fruit is an ovoid green capsule, in the photo showing a rough surface, covered in white mottling and a bit of the persistent cyathium protruding at the tip.

This plant was seen near the Gariep in April (iSpot).
