Euphorbia suzannae

    Euphorbia suzannae

Euphorbia suzannae or Suzannes spurge may form clumps and grow to about 10 cm tall. It can be grown from seed, whilst the new heads developing from suckers can also be separated.

This plant was only discovered in 1925 by Dr John Muir, whose wife was honoured in the naming. It has apparently become threatened in its natural habitat, mainly because of unscrupulous plant-lovers! (See Rikus van Veldhuisen, www.u4ba.nl)
