Crassula sarcocaulis subsp. rupicola

    Crassula sarcocaulis subsp. rupicola

    Crassula sarcocaulis subsp. rupicola is found in the Drakensberg and more widely in mountainous summer rainfall grassland of southern Africa, northwards to Malawi. The leaf length varies. The flowers are white and pink, occurring in autumn and winter.

    This subspecies is not considered threatened in its habitat early in the twenty first century (www.redlist.sanbi.org).
