    This roundish Crassula tecta flowerhead gives a glimpse into one open flower. The pale yellow stamens appearing triangular from above are shorter than the corolla lobes. The white petal lobes have tip shapes between rounded and pointed. The corolla is much longer than the calyces that touch each other.

    The cylindrical flower stalk is thickish, pale grey with a faint suggestion of pink. The stalk is centrally based in the leaf rosette (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010).
